We have some exciting career opportunities for those who are passionate about coaching children, working as part of a team and expanding their horizon and skill set. There are many reasons our staff enjoy working at our centres in Woking and Camberley, including the following:
- Class planning is taken care of by management with rotations, content and training videos provided every two weeks. We give you all the tools you need to succeed on the gym floor and deliver amazing sessions.
- Coaching staff are supported by a Duty Manager on site, which is the go-to point of contact for any questions or issues. They are situated to ensure the smooth running of all classes that day, have additional training related to safety and welfare and are on hand to support your development. They also create a valued link to management so that everyone’s efforts and hard work are recognised and shared.
- Low coaching ratios (typically 1:7) allow us to focus on quality teaching, individual connections and holistic development of all of our members.
- Class helpers appear in our after-school classes to lend an extra hand with the smaller moments such as toilet runs, adjusting equipment and welcoming new children so that the coaches can focus on class delivery as much as possible.
- Staff training days take place at least three times a year and are full of content designed by our in-house Coach Education team. Enjoy workshops and professional development opportunities with high level coaches, British Gymnastics tutors and former Cirque du Soleil coaches.
- Each year, we conduct a Performance Reflection process (our version of appraisals) which supports individual development for every member of the team. This is a chance for staff to receive supportive feedback, career guidance and discuss future steps and opportunities with a line manager.

Position: Assistant Gym Manager
We are looking for a confident, experienced individual to step into this junior management role. Split across our two centres in Woking and Camberley, you will work closely with our Gym Manager to manage over 70 coaches and helpers delivering classes to over 2,000 people weekly. Get involved with our class planning, support staff development and lead high quality delivery. You will also have the opportunity to be placed as a Duty Manager, being a key-holder and taking overall charge of an entire facility.

Position: Performance Coordinator
With a passion and plan for blending sport with entertainment, we are pleased to introduce a new, key role to support our next chapter of growth. This full-time role involves getting to grips with our class programme, identifying and supporting talent development and creating new participation pathways centred around displays and artistic performances. You will also have the opportunity to learn about the overall running of our centres and receive Duty Manager training. We welcome applications from those outside of the gymnastics coaching community. This role may suit someone who comes from a performance or theatre background.

Position: Part Time Preschool Coach (Camberley)
Join our team of coaches with a focus of supporting the growth of our preschool classes at our Camberley centre. The successful candidate will be a British Gymnastics level 2 preschool qualified coach with a strong experience in leading classes for early years. We are looking for someone to lead our classes during the day on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Position: Full Time Coach
We have a full-time coaching position available. We are looking for an experienced coach who is enthusiastic about developing gymnastics skills in a recreational environment. This position includes shifts across both of our centres, with coaching shifts in Woking and Camberley. Applications from those with British Gymnastics coaching qualifications at level 2 and above are preferred.
