Supporting everyone to reach their potential
We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy our facilities and receive coaching and support. We dedicate Sunday mornings at our Woking facility for those with additional needs. Individuals can explore our adapted acrobatic and circus equipment with their parent or carer working alongside our qualified coaches.
WOKING CLASSES
Sundays, 9:00-10:00 is our additional needs drop-in session for ages 3-8 years. The class is unstructured, with a parent or carer in the gym. We recommend coming to this class first so your child can meet our team and we can discuss with you which of our classes might suit them best. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss attending this session.
Sundays, 10:00-11:00 is our structured class without parents/ carers. The session is coach-led and parents and carers can relax in reception. Please note access to this class is by referral only.
Sundays, 11:00-12:00 is our structured class where each participant may have a parent or carer join them if they wish. Please note access to this class is by referral only.
Josie Rice is the Prime Acrobatics Additional Needs Coordinator. She does a fantastic job at creating a safe and supportive setting in the gym. Helping the class members reach their full potential is her passion. Josie has also given up her time outside of classes to take members of our additional needs classes to competitions. In October 2023 our very own Lloyd Martin competed at the BG British Disability Championships at the Lilleshall National Sports Centre and won a gold medal on vault.
We are incredibly proud of our additional needs classes and the work that Josie and our coaching team put into them. If you would like to learn more about our additional needs classes please get in touch.
We hope to bring Additional Needs classes to our Camberley facility in the near future.
