We are adding more and more classes to our new online booking system, which includes:

  • Friday evening fitness classes for ages 16+
  • Parent & baby fitness classes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
  • Our Fun4Baby sessions for ages 4 months to pre-walking

Please note; if you are a new customer you’ll need to email us first at so we can set you up with an account. If booking for yourself we’ll need your name and mobile number. If booking for your child, we’ll need your name and mobile number, your child’s name and their date of birth. Email us and we will set you up with an account and email you back. You can then book sessions of your choice online!
