We are pleased to announce two promotions at Prime Acrobatics. Shannon Warner now joins the management team as Coach Education Manager and Morgan Parry has also moved up to assume Shannon’s previous position of Coach Education Coordinator.
Shannon and Morgan have both been working within Coach Education at Prime Acrobatics for over two years and have enjoyed great success together. Over the past year they have overseen and supported 25 coaches going through their British Gymnastics level 1 and level 2 coaching qualifications.
Operations Executive Matte Hart said; “Shannon and Morgan are really driving coach development at Prime. They ensure every coach going through a qualification process has a designated mentor and all the support they need. They are also taking the lead in crafting our induction process for new class helpers and planning our company staff training days several times a year. These promotions reward their hard work and allow them to take on more responsibility and creative control over our Coach Education processes.”
